Lower School

Welcome to the Lower School

The world is an amazing place! At the Lower School, we build on the natural enthusiasm and curiosity of young girls by offering a well-rounded foundation that combines fun with superior academics. Our supportive faculty encourages independence and appropriate risk-taking as girls grow into strong thinkers and active problem-solvers.
Some of the many enhancements to our strong academic curriculum include:

 - Character education
 - A computer science and engineering program beginning in kindergarten
 - Music and movement
 - World languages

…and much more! Our curriculum gives girls many opportunities for hands-on learning, which helps them move from concrete to abstract thinking. We also encourage creativity, fun and joy, because that's what learning is all about.

The best way to fully appreciate the experience we offer to our students is to visit. Please call us at 410-323-8800 to sign up for a Fall Visiting Day or schedule a tour, which will allow you and your child the opportunity to meet our dedicated faculty, explore our beautiful campus and learn more about our innovative approach to girls’ education. We hope to see you on campus soon!
