Vaccine Clinic

Bryn Mawr’s annual vaccination clinic will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 12 to 6:00 PM in the Old Gym. The Flu and COVID-19 vaccines will be offered. This clinic is run by Safeway and accepts all insurance coverage except Kaiser. This clinic is open to all employees, families and children aged 3 and older. 

• Students aged 3-14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

• Students aged 15+ may book appointments during free times during the day, but must have two items with them if they are not accompanied by a parent or guardian: a PRINTED, SIGNED CONSENT FORM and PROOF OF INSURANCE. 

• Children who have never received a vaccine for Flu or COVID-19 may not receive their first vaccine at this clinic. 

• All participants will need to bring a copy of their insurance card. Photos are acceptable.
