Community Dinner hosted by student organization, CAFE
Carey Quad
The student run organization, Community Alliance For Everyone (CAFE) invites alumnae to attend a Community Dinner in the Carey Quad. A $10 donation is appreciated, proceeds to support on-going inclusion and equity work on campus as well as Lillie May Carroll Jackson Charter School, with which Bryn Mawr students volunteer.
Community Alliance For Everyone (CAFE) is a student organization created to unite the student body, affinity clubs and Bryn Mawr administration to create a safe and inclusive community. Students are elected to represent their grade and bring problems and topics of interest to the table. These issues range from cultural representation at Bryn Mawr to broader conversations about gender. CAFE also hosts speakers, forums and power lunches (student-led lunches to present information and discuss in an intimate environment). We strive to educate students and provide outlets for students and teachers to teach each other.
