On November 13, 2019, eight members of the Class of 2020 committed to playing sports in college, and three signed their National Letters of Intent to play Division I sports.
Assistant Athletic Director Brooke Shriver congratulated the athletes on their achievement, saying, “This is an amazing accomplishment and you should all be very proud. Not many high school athletes get to compete at the next level, and I am so happy each of you found your best fit.”
Congratulations to Ashley Fearey (Dickinson Lacrosse), Alison Harbaugh (Notre Dame Lacrosse), Sophie Hood (Davidson Track and Field), Abbey Hurlbrink (Johns Hopkins Lacrosse), Emma Joyce (Tufts Lacrosse), Amelia King (Notre Dame of Maryland Volleyball), Kylie Taylor (Trinity Lacrosse) and Lindsay Thompson (George Washington University Tennis) on continuing their careers as student-athletes at the collegiate level.
