Tapas Time
Lower School Spanish teacher Lisa Warren organized a tasty tapas party for second grade students.
The class learned about popular tapas, such as croquetas, ropa vieja, and tortilla espanola and where they come from in Spain. Then Sra. Warren demonstrated how to prepare Pan con Tomate, a popular dish out of Catalunya. Students asked questions and one even cooked along with her from home. The recipe was posted for everyone to enjoy.
