Community Flu Shot Clinic on Oct. 22
In an effort to keep our community healthy this winter, Bryn Mawr will host a flu shot clinic on campus on Tuesday, October 22, from noon to 6 p.m. in the Old Gym.
The clinic is open to students and families, though, please note, we cannot accommodate children under 10 years old or anyone is receiving the vaccine for the first time.
We are partnering with Walgreens for the flu shot clinic. In order to ensure that there is enough vaccine for everyone, please sign up by Tuesday, October 8 here. There is no out-of-pocket expense for a flu vaccination. Walgreens asks for your insurance information for billing purposes. You do not need to provide your insurance ID number at this time, but please note your insurance carrier on the sign up sheet and bring your insurance card with you to the clinic. All information you provide will remain confidential.
To expedite the clinic, Walgreens requests that you complete this consent form in advance and bring it with you along with your insurance card.
