Kimberle Morton Named Senior Director of Development

Kimberle Morton has been named Senior Director of Development at The Bryn Mawr School. She joins Bryn Mawr from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where she has served as the Associate Dean for Development and Alumni Relations since January 2015.
In this role, Morton led a team of 19 development and alumni relations professionals. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins SAIS, she was Senior Director of Development for the Wilmer Eye Institute and Senior Associate Director for Development in the Department of Neurology at Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Prior to coming to Johns Hopkins in 2004, Morton was a Major Gifts Officer at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, responsible for the Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, and director of Major Gifts at United Way of New York City. Morton holds a BA from Wellesley College and a JD and MA in international affairs from The George Washington University.

Bryn Mawr partnered with Lois L. Lindauer Searches, a leading national firm exclusively focused on development/advancement placements in education, for this position.

Morton will begin her tenure on Monday, April 29, 2019.
