Winter Spirit Day

Winter Spirit Day was all about House Pride! It was so much fun to see all the color in KVB gym as students & faculty showed off their house colors. The highlight of the day was the annual faculty-student basketball game, which the students won, 8-4.

Middle School Play: Snow Angel

The Middle School Gilman-Bryn Mawr play, "Snow Angel," told the story of Eva, a mysterious girl who arrives in a small town, and into the lives of 15 teenagers, in the midst of a giant blizzard. Students had a wonderful time bringing the intriguing story to life. Photos by Nat Raum '14.

Thanksgiving Convocation

Thanksgiving Convocation is one of our favorite traditions, representing one of the few times when students in all divisions come together for an event. As always, the convocation highlighted performing artists in the Little, Lower, Middle and Upper Schools. And we loved seeing so many young alumnae join Dayseye at the end for "Jerusalem!"

Little School Fire Safety Day

Little School Fire Safety Day was a big hit! The children loved getting to see a real fire truck up close and to talk to the firemen. They also learned important fire safety basics, like stop, drop & roll and what the firemen look like in their full outfits (and not to be scared of them!). Special thanks to the Roland Park Fire Station for spending some time with us that morning!

K-2 Winter Concert

On the last Friday before winter break, girls in grades K - 2 had a great time showing off what they have been learning in their music and French classes. Congratulations to all of the girls on a great performance!

The Middle and Upper School Winter Concerts featured a wonderful array of vocal and instrumental music, including pieces arranged and conducted by students.
