    The Director of Student Support Services/Upper School Counselor provides leadership and professional expertise in implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that promotes community wellness and enhances student learning.   • Head Varsity Field Hockey Coach

    The Bryn Mawr School is seeking a Head Varsity Field Hockey Coach. Qualified candidates should have 1-2 years coaching experience; playing experience and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent organization and communication skills. The head varsity coach is responsible for planning and attending all practices and matches, communicating with parents and students, motivating athletes, organizing and use of equipment, driving mini buses to away matches, attending pre and post season league coaches meetings and post season banquet. Practices are from 3:30-5:30 PM Mondays through Fridays. There is an average of 2 games per week. The field hockey season begins in August 15th and concludes in the beginning of November, there is some travel involved for away games. This position reports regularly to the Director of Athletics. This is a paid, part-time position and a background check is required.
