STEM Girls' Build Challenge

This event is being held in conjunction with the MD STEM Career Fair for Girls. There will be two sessions, morning and afternoon. Students will participate in a hands-on build challenge in Bryn Mawr’s Innovation Lab. There will be one challenge for middle school aged students and one for high schoolers. The details of the challenge will be set forth at the event so as to not give anyone an advantage. Students will use engineering, fabrication, and possibly electronics/coding skills to complete the challenges. At the end of each session, participants will pitch or display their solutions. No tools, previous experience, or preparation is needed–just come in and build!
