It’s that time of year again; time for the BMS Bazaar! This year’s Bazaar will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m rain or shine (help us with a little sunshine dance!). We hope you plan to attend this fun-filled event. As always, there will be a large variety of rides, games, and activities for the entire family to enjoy. Calling all Bakers! We need your homemade baked goods to sell at the Country Store! Goodies and treats will be collected on May 3rd, between 7:45 and 8:15am in the Lower School and Northern Parkway morning drop off circles. Or, you can bring them to the Gordon Building on May 3rd (second floor) at any time. Click here to volunteer at the stand, or donate some sweet treats.
Recycled Uniform Sale
Uniforms at severely discounted prices! Doors open at 8am in the the Gatehouse. The sale will end around 12pm. We are also accepting your old uniforms! Please drop off from March 26th to May 3rd in the Gordon Building, Northern Parkway Circle and Lower School carpool line. To volunteer Click here.
Book Nook Clear out your library and Marie Kondo your home! We are accepting all your JOY in the form of gently used books, DVDs and CDs through May 1. Drop off in your carpool circles or at the Gordon Building. Your volunteer time is also appreciated at the event. Click here to sign up and assist at the Bazaar Book Nook. Are you crafty or artsy? We are always looking for parents and community members to join us on Vendor Row. Showcase your goods and talents at our event. For a small contribution to our scholarship fund, we provide the table and you bring your items. You keep all profit. For more information on how to arrange a vendor table, contact email@example.com.
Back by popular demand are the grade baskets. Spearheaded by Class Parents, each grade is responsible for assembling one complete basket based on their assigned theme. Themes include: baking, beach, picnic, date night, sports and more! Prizes and creativity are amazing, you won't want to miss this popular attraction in front of the Howell Building. $2 per ticket. Cash or check only. All proceeds benefit the BMS Scholarship Fund. Helpful hint: bring your address stickers so you won't be stuck writing your name on every ticket.
On campus parking – parking will be available on Melrose Ave. and Northern Parkway Drive on a first come, first serve basis. The Little School circle will be reserved for handicap parking only. The Lower School drive and parking lot will be reserved for Development Office Guests.
Off campus site – Gilman School parking facilities will be available throughout the day.
Neighborhood parking – All neighborhood streets will have restricted parking. Cars may park on one side of the street only. Posted signs will designate restrictions. Illegally parked cars will be towed.
To assist with parking, security will be posted on Stony Run, Melrose Ave., the Lower School drive, Little School circle, Gilman, and Northern Parkway drive.
