“The Kids Are Alright”

“The Kids Are Alright” at Bryn Mawr Little School, which was recently featured as one of Baltimore magazine’s top picks for the best child-care centers in the city. Bryn Mawr Little School was recognized for its great staff-to-child ratio; beautiful facility on a leafy, green campus; the exceptional quality of teaching and care provided; and, accreditation by the Maryland State Department of Education and the Association of Independent Maryland Schools. The article in the July issue of Baltimore also mentions the delicious meals served family-style at the school; the school’s hands-on and experiential approach to learning; and, a first-rate facility with sunny rooms, ample, shaded outdoor playgrounds, and educational materials that are everywhere and within reach of the children. Director Pat Sheridan says that Little School is the perfect combination of “planned experiences” that support a child’s natural growth and development and plenty of free time and play, where the kids can explore the world and just be themselves.
