Reunion Giving

Alumnae Annual Fund giving is vitally important to the school, and reunion gifts are the cornerstone of alumnae giving.

In a reunion year, alumnae are asked to celebrate their time at Bryn Mawr and to demonstrate their commitment to the school by making a reunion gift to Annual Fund. These special reunion gifts set a wonderful example for other alumnae and contribute significantly to the success of the Annual Fund.

To recognize the special generosity of alumnae celebrating a reunion year, Bryn Mawr presents the following awards.

Winners are chosen based on pledges and gifts received by the Saturday morning of Alumnae Weekend. The year of graduation of the winning class is inscribed on each award.

Reunion Gift Award

This award goes to the class that raises the most money for the Annual Fund in its reunion year.

With a grand total of $55,475, the Class of 1962 won this past year’s Reunion Gift Award.

Reunion Gift Participation Prize

This prize recognizes the class that has shown the most outstanding participation in its reunion gift effort.

The winner of last year’s Participation Prize with a whopping 93% participation is the Class of 1962.

Overall Reunion Gift Award

This award goes to the reunion class that raises the most money overall for Bryn Mawr. Annual Fund gifts as well as gifts to capital projects and to the endowment are included.

This past year’s Overall Reunion Gift Award went to a class with a VERY grand total of $171,218  - the Class of 1967.
